 * installieren und konfigurieren Hard- und Software
 * analysieren IT Störungen bei Kunden eigenständig
 * betreuen den 2nd Level Support vor Ort
 * beantworten technische Supportanfragen
 * erarbeiten Lösungsansätze für IT Herausforderungen
 * unterstützen beim Eskalationsmanagement
 * dokumentieren die Arbeitsschritte systematisch
