In this cross-functional role, you will lead the implementation lifecycle (typically 90-120+ days) to ensure seamless launches ahead of the critical January 1st go-live season. This role requires a unique balance of rigorous technical project management (70%) and polished client relations (30%). You will either deeply own one complex enterprise implementation or manage the execution and background workstream tasks for 3-4 concurrent client launches., * Experience: 3-5 years of experience implementing and managing complex, technical, and high-stakes projects. * Industry Domain: Proven experience working in project management or implementation for a health plan, third-party administrator (TPA), or healthcare technology company. * Client-Facing Success: Demonstrated background in a client-facing role with the ability to manage expectations, push back gently when necessary, and navigate difficult conversations smoothly. * The Contractor Mindset: Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable hitting the ground running in a fast-paced, 5-month contract environment with zero ramp-up time.
