* 1-3 years of hands-on paid social experience (agency or in-house)
 * Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager required; TikTok Ads Manager and/or LinkedIn Campaign Manager a plus
 * Comfortable working independently in platform once trained - this is an execution-heavy role
 * Strong attention to detail and comfort with fast-paced, deadline-driven work

## Description

We're looking for two freelance Paid Social specialists to support a new client onboarding for a leading performance marketing agency. This is a hands-on-keyboard activation role - you'll be in the platforms daily building, launching, and optimizing paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and/or LinkedIn. Great opportunity for someone early in their paid social career looking to get reps in on a fast-paced agency account., * Build and launch paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and/or LinkedIn Ads Manager

 * Execute day-to-day campaign activation: audience setup, ad creation, budget pacing, and QA
 * Monitor performance and flag optimization opportunities to senior team members
 * Support tagging, UTM, and creative trafficking as needed
 * Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are set up for performance
 * Maintain organized campaign documentation and naming conventions per client standards
