This will include climbing ladders, working on ladders and elevated surfaces, maintain in good working conditions, tools, materials, and equipment required to your work area. Working exposed to the elements during (when required) at all times of the year. This document does not create an employment contract, implied or otherwise, other than an at will relationship. ## Description The BAS (Building Automation Systems) Design Engineer - Submittals is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing control systems for energy management applications. This role ensures that all design activities align with the latest construction documents before installation, and coordinates closely with multiple stakeholders across the project lifecycle.
