## Description

WayFinder seeks a personable and detail-oriented IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you'll be focused on providing technical assistance to our team members in a fast-paced environment. IT Manager contribute to increased productivity by ensuring that WayFinder IT systems run efficiently., * Process time off requests and arrange coverage when necessary

 * Plan workloads, allocate tasks, and monitor progress of IT Intern
 * Devise work schedules and implement training benchmarks
 * Educate and provide continuous training to IT team members
 * Conduct performance reviews if requested by VP of Operations, * Identify, investigate, and resolve problems with computer software and hardware
 * Field support calls, chat, email, and/or other communication from team members with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns
 * Consult with team members to determine steps and procedures taken to identify and resolve the problem
 * Oversee device management and assignment
 * Apply knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems
 * Guide team members through diagnostic and troubleshooting processes, which may include use of diagnostic tools and software and/or following verbal instructions
 * Collaborate with other team members to research and resolve problems
 * Collaborate with admins to explain errors and/or recommend modifications in programs
 * Arrange service by software or hardware vendors to repair or replace defective products
 * Maintain knowledge of technology innovations and trends
 * Create "How To" documentation for IT processes
 * Manage day-to-day user accounts, including passwords, permissions and onboarding/off-boarding
 * Perform other related duties as assigned by VP of Operations
