But raw talent and drive matter more than any specific credential. * 1+ year in a technical support, IT, or data-heavy role (or you can show us you've got the skills another way. Guide them through connecting their POS, uploading and cleaning their product data, and getting their e-commerce site live. * Diagnose and solve problems across databases, control panels, and basic cloud setups. If Excel and CSVs are a second language to you, you're in the right place. * Parse, clean, and wrangle messy inventory data. Spot what's broken, fix it, and explain what you did in plain English. * Bridge the gap between customers and our dev team.
