## About the Role

Join our manufacturing team! We're looking for an entry-level CNC Programmer/Operator with at least one year of experience to help produce high-quality precision components using Haas CNC equipment., * High school diploma or equivalent required.

 * Minimum 1 year of CNC machining and programming experience required.
 * Knowledge of CAD/CAM software required.
 * Experience with Haas CNC mills and Fanuc controls preferred.
 * Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
 * Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
 * Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office; Excel experience is a plus).
 * Able to work independently and communicate effectively.

## Description

* Set up, operate, and program Haas CNC milling machines.
 * Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings.
 * Use CAD/CAM software to create and modify CNC programs.
 * Inspect parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.).
 * Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and routine maintenance.
 * Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
 * Maintain quality and production documentation.
 * Work with engineering and production teams to improve processes.
