Experience designing cabling solutions for Data Centers or LAN networks. Experience creating technical documents (BOMs, datasheets, Statements of Compliance, RFP/RFQs). Good communication skills - you can explain technical topics to both experts and non-experts. Organized, able to meet deadlines, and confident with MS Office and Visio. Fluent in English, plus French or Italian (Arabic or German is a plus). Nice-to-haves: Basic mechanical, troubleshooting, and repair skills. Pre-sales experience with active and passive telecom networks and ICT backbones. Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, Java, or Visual Basic. Knowledge of international standards (CENELEC, ISO/IEC, TIA/EIA, IEEE) and Data Center active equipment (switches, servers, storage). Other Information Travel: Up to 25% of your working time, mostly in Europe. Some travel to Israel, the US, or Asia may be needed. You should be ready to travel on short notice, including overnight stays. You will work with customers and internal teams to design modern network solutions, solve technical problems, and bring new ideas to life. What You Will Do Work with sales teams, partners, and customers to design solutions using Corning's products. Prepare complete documentation for passive cabling systems in AI Data Centers, including network designs, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Statements of Compliance, rack layouts, and visual guides. Answer RFP/RFQ requests and advise customers on the best products for their needs. Give technical support, training, and workshops to customers, installers, and partners. Support customers before and after the sale: product advice, system design, installation training, testing, and troubleshooting on-site. Write datasheets, technical papers, and customer replies. Share feedback with the product team to help improve products and meet regional standards.
