 * Interesse an Automatisierung, IT-Governance und modernen Cloud-Architekturen
 * Erste Erfahrungen mit Power Automate, Power Apps oder Skripting (z. B. PowerShell) sind ein Plus
 * Technisches Verständnis von Netzwerken (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Firewall) wünschenswert

## Description

* Unterstützung bei der Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Microsoft 365 Umgebung (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint)
 * Mitarbeit bei der Automatisierung von IT-Prozessen mit der Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
 * Unterstützung im Identity & Access Management (User Lifecycle, Berechtigungen, Gruppenstrukturen)
 * Analyse, Optimierung und Dokumentation bestehender IT-Strukturen und Governance-Modelle
 * Mitarbeit im IT-Support (1st & 2nd Level) für interne Anwender
 * Unterstützung bei Netzwerk-Themen (Firewall, Wi-Fi, Switching)
 * Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Sicherheits- und Compliance-Standards
ISO 27001, NIS 2, SOC 2

 * Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer Atlassian-Umgebung (z. B. Jira, Confluence)
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten im Bereich Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung
