Technologisch arbeitest du mit Server- und Virtualisierungsplattformen sowie Kommunikations- und Verzeichnisdiensten in wechselnden Projektkontexten., * Betreuen und mitgestalten der Server- und Virtualisierungsumgebung inklusive Windows Server, Hyper-V und Linux

 * Analysieren und Beheben von Störungen im First- und Second-Level-Support
 * Installieren und Einrichten von Arbeitsplatzhardware und mobilen Endgeräten
 * Unterstützen bei der Betreuung und dem Anwendersupport für ERP-Systeme
 * Dokumentieren von Systemänderungen, Prozessen und Servicefällen
 * Mitwirken an Prozessoptimierungen und an der Einführung sicherer Betriebsabläufe
