This role is hands-on and onsite. You'll spend your time troubleshooting real network issues, supporting critical infrastructure, and helping keep systems online in environments where downtime isn't an option. If you're someone who likes digging into networking problems, working with Cisco equipment, and being part of a team that takes ownership of its environment, this could be a great fit. The team supports several hospitals and freestanding facilities across the area, so every day tends to be a little different. Some days might be spent troubleshooting connectivity issues or wireless problems, while others involve infrastructure upgrades, new deployments, or helping resolve incidents impacting end users and clinical operations.
