## About the Role

We're looking for an IT Help Desk professional with strong customer service skills to provide technical support in a fast-paced call center environment (up to 30 calls/day)., * IT Help Desk or Call Center experience preferred.

 * Strong customer service and communication skills.
 * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
 * Experience with Active Directory, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and basic network troubleshooting is preferred.

## Description

* Troubleshoot printers, hardware, software, and network connectivity (VPN, Wi-Fi, LTE).
 * Manage Active Directory (password resets, account unlocks, user account support).
 * Support and deploy iPhones/iPads, including setup, backups, and troubleshooting.
 * Provide remote support using MSRA, RDP, Microsoft Teams, and Webex.
 * Assist with video conferencing solutions (Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Cisco Presence).
 * Resolve application access and compatibility issues.
 * Manage ServiceNow tickets, including assignment and resolution.
