* 10+ years in digital transformation, systems integration, or enterprise software operations in EPC, engineering consulting, construction, or energy
 * Proven leadership of technical and cross-functional teams
 * Strong command of EPC workflows and project lifecycles (utility-scale solar/BESS a plus)
 * Experience with Workday, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Oracle, and P6
 * Expertise in data architecture, APIs, and BI tools - Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, SQL
 * Hands-on AI tooling experience (Claude Code or similar)
 * Bachelor's in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business (Master's a plus)
 * Excellent communication and change management skills
