The team is responsible for ensuring system quality, architectural clarity, and scalable design across multiple parallel AI-assisted development streams. Longer term, you will help shape how AI-native engineering practices scale across the platform. AI Fluency At Lansweeper, we are building an AI-native engineering culture. We expect all engineers to actively use AI tools to enhance productivity and quality across the software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, documentation, and system design. Candidates should be comfortable working with AI-assisted workflows and continuously evolving their approach as tools and practices advance. Challenge The main challenges you'll face are: * Maintaining engineering rigor and system quality in an AI-assisted development environment * Scaling systems while balancing performance, reliability, and architectural clarity * Coordinating parallel AI-driven development workflows without losing technical coherence, * Design and build maintainable, scalable, observable, and well-tested software systems * Operate in an AI-augmented development workflow, decomposing problems and validating AI-generated outputs * Contribute to architecture discussions, long-term system evolution, and technical direction * Apply strong system thinking across data models, APIs, distributed systems, and service boundaries * Produce clear technical documentation, structured prompts, and design proposals * Mentor peers and collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams, Lansweeper is an AI-native company.
