## About the Role

* 3+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations administration experience.
 * Experience supporting ERP implementations or post-go-live optimization.
 * Strong knowledge of D365 security, user provisioning, workflows, and environment management.
 * Experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS), software releases, and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
 * Ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders and technical teams.

## Description

Our client is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics System Administrator to own and optimize its Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting enterprise ERP systems, partnering with business users, and driving continuous improvement following a large-scale implementation., * Administer and maintain the D365 Finance & Operations environment.

 * Manage system configuration, security roles, user access, and environment administration.
 * Support Lifecycle Services (LCS), system upgrades, releases, deployments, and environment refreshes.
 * Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and implementation partners.
 * Configure workflows, support business process improvements, and evaluate system enhancements.
 * Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), release planning, and production deployments.
 * Maintain system documentation and support end-user training as needed.
 * Partner with business and IT teams to improve platform performance, adoption, and long-term scalability.
