## About the Role

WonderBotz is seeking a motivated Junior Consultant to join our growing team in Princeton, NJ. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 1-2 years of experience who have strong technical fundamentals, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for learning emerging technologies., + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

 + Strong programming fundamentals and analytical skills.

 + Knowledge of Python, SQL, APIs, and AI and Machine Learning concepts

 + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

 + Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced consulting environment.

 + 1-2 years of experience in the RPA (Robotic Process Automation) industry is a plus.

 + Exposure to automation technologies such as: UiPath , Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism

 + Experience working on automation, AI, or digital transformation projects

 + Self-motivated, able to take the initiative with minimal need for supervision.

 + Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

+ Assist in designing, developing, and implementing automation and AI solutions.

 + Work with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements.

 + Develop and support solutions using Python, SQL, APIs, and automation technologies.

 + Participate in troubleshooting, testing, and deployment activities.

 + Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
