Experience with: + COTS networking and communications equipment integration + Advanced networking technologies: MPLS/VPLS, multicast, IPv6 + Information Assurance (IA)/Cybersecurity, including: Cisco Firewalls, Access Control Lists (ACLs), VPN technologies, and CBAC, PAM, ZPF/ZBFW + Automation and scripting: Ansible, Cisco scripting (TCL, EEM) Additional Preferred Qualifications: + Knowledge of network architecture and design principles + Working knowledge of: routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), switching technologies (Layer 2/Layer 3, VLANs), Quality of Service (QoS), Voice over IP (VoIP) + Familiarity with Cisco networking technologies + Knowledge of Software Defined Networking (SDN) concepts + Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g., Git, GitLab CI/CD) + Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills + Ability to develop clear and concise technical documentation + Effective communication skills, both written and verbal + Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team + Ability to operate in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment The nature of this position requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to pass a thorough background investigation.
