## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Health Information Management, Business, or a related field.
 * 3-7 years of experience in healthcare analytics, finance, operations, quality, or compliance.
 * Experience working with healthcare operational, financial, or clinical data.
 * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis.
 * Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, meaningful way.

Preferred:

 * Experience in an FQHC, community health, or mission-driven healthcare environment.
 * Knowledge of healthcare regulatory and compliance reporting., * Bachelor's (Required), * Data analytics: 3 years (Required)
 * Healthcare Data Analytics: 3 years (Preferred)
 * Microsoft Excel: 3 years (Required)

## Description

* Develop and maintain recurring operational, financial, and clinical reports.
 * Create dashboards that provide actionable insights across key business areas.
 * Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
 * Support quality, compliance, and regulatory reporting initiatives.
 * Partner with leadership to provide data analysis for strategic projects and organizational initiatives.
 * Evaluate operational workflows and recommend process improvements through data-driven analysis.
 * Analyze revenue cycle and accounts receivable data to identify trends and improve performance.
 * Ensure data accuracy and deliver clear, executive-level reporting.
