* Bachelor's degree in CSE, Software Engineering, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
 * 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design.
 * Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile application design.
 * Expert proficiency in Figma.
 * Strong understanding of UX principles, user journey mapping, information architecture, and interaction design.
 * Experience designing enterprise applications, banking systems, ERP, CRM, or large business applications.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience designing Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Applications.
 * Knowledge of Material Design and modern design systems.
 * Good understanding of frontend, React.js, HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
 * Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools.

## Description

* Design modern and intuitive user interfaces for enterprise web and mobile applications.
 * Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
 * Translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
 * Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams.
 * Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
 * Ensure responsive, consistent, and accessible user experiences across all platforms.
 * Participate in usability testing and continuously improve product usability.
