In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency across various operating systems and network environments, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the seamless operation of critical network systems while developing expertise in system administration and technical troubleshooting., * The NOC Analyst provides 24x7x365 monitoring and support of corporate and operational computer systems, network infrastructure, and data center environments. Acting as the central hub during outages and maintenance, this role ensures business-critical processes remain operational, escalates disruptions promptly, and delivers consistent after-hours service desk support.
