Master degree in Engineering or Quality________________________________________Skills and Attributes / Habilidades y atributos:

 * Strong knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FAIR, D/PFMEA, Control Plans

 * Experience with SPC, MSA, capability analysis, and risk management

 * Problem-solving expertise (8D, root cause analysis)

 * Auditor knowledge (VDA 6.3, IATF 16949, AS9100)

 * Excellent communication and customer interface skills

 * Strong project management and prioritization abilities

## Description

The Design Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring quality throughout the product lifecycle, from development to serial production, while acting as the primary interface with customers for quality-related topics. The role includes deployment of customer requirements, management of APQP/PPAP activities, resolution of customer issues, and implementation of continuous improvement actions to ensure product and process compliance with internal and external requirements.________________________________________Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades clave:

 * Deploy customer quality requirements during product and process development

 * Create and maintain Project Quality Plans

 * Lead APQP activities and ensure compliance with customer requirements

 * Perform risk analysis, Defect elimination plan, Design and Process FMEA

 * Validate prototype builds and product/process qualification

 * Develop control plans and First piece Last Piece check list

 * Lead claim analysis during development.

 * Manage Customer PPAP.

 * Manage supplier PPAP & supplier process qualification.

 * Ensure compliance with REACH, ROHS, IMDS requirements and other regulation and give evidence to customers.

 * Other duties as assigned.________________________________________
