## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Contracts Coordinator to join a leading healthcare organization in Salinas, CA. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Information Technology department by coordinating the full contract lifecycle, maintaining contract records, monitoring renewals, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the contracting process., * Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming IT contract requests.

 * Review contract submissions for completeness, approvals, and supporting documentation.
 * Coordinate contract routing through the approval and execution process.
 * Manage electronic signature collection from internal stakeholders and vendors.
 * Maintain accurate contract records within the contract management system.
 * Audit contract files to ensure complete and accurate metadata.
 * Monitor contract expiration dates and provide renewal and termination reminders.
 * Archive executed agreements and maintain organized electronic records.
 * Prepare reports and status updates using Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
 * Partner with IT leadership and the Contract Management Office throughout the contracting process.
 * Maintain confidentiality and safeguard protected health information (PHI).
 * Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
