Skills in: * Using Microsoft Office products including Excel for sorting, filtering, and lookups. * Organizing and prioritizing work to meet deadlines. * Customer service and communicating clearly in writing and verbally. * Operating and learning office software systems. * Document sharing via web-based communication tools such as SharePoint/Teams. * Technical troubleshooting (e.g. workflow errors, routing, and access issues)., * Knowledge of performance review and evaluation processes highly preferred. * Experience supporting HR or other specialized administrative programs preferred. * Experience using system reports or tracking tools to evaluate data accuracy, identify workflow issues, or support program-level decision-making is preferred.
