The ideal candidate will have deep SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC) expertise, strong knowledge of revenue recognition under ASC 606, and experience leading SAP finance systems implementations and integrations., * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. * 8+ years of SAP experience focused on Order-to-Cash and Revenue processes. * Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC), including Sales & Distribution (SD), FI-AR, billing, accounts receivable, customer master, and credit management. * Strong working knowledge of SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) or SAP S/4HANA Revenue Recognition. * Solid understanding of ASC 606 revenue recognition requirements. * Experience leading SAP finance systems implementations involving order management systems, payment processors, tax engines (Avalara or Vertex), and financing or leasing platforms. * Experience designing and supporting multi-channel revenue and accounts receivable processes. * Strong knowledge of customer master governance, billing processes, AR sub-ledger design, and cash application. * Experience developing functional specifications, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and partnering with implementation consultants and IT teams. * Familiarity with SOX compliance, internal controls, and segregation of duties within SAP finance processes. * Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while designing scalable future-state processes. * Systems integration experience is a plus. * Manufacturing, automotive, or direct-to-consumer industry experience is preferred. * Experience with pre-IPO or recently public companies is a plus., * Do you have SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Case (OTC) expertise, including strong hands-on experience across Sales & Distribution (SD), FI-AR, billing, accounts receivable, customer master, and credit management?
