Green Belt accepted. * Prior vehicle system design highly desirable. * Ability to present complex technical information to internal and external customers. * Capable of leading technical teams through structured problem solving. * Experience working on cross functional teams, * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Ability to positively influence teams. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative and dynamic environment. * Ability to work with internal and external customers. * Bias for action, including the ability to guide technical teams in US, China, EU, and India. * Ability to critique design details against overall product requirements. * Ability to drive root cause identification and corrective action leading to timely resolution. ## Description Tennant is looking for a Sr. Principal System Engineer Leader to join the Corporate R&D New Product Development team. In this role, you will have a direct impact on Tennant's innovation. You will be responsible for system architecture and development on a variety of machine and technology development projects.
