(nyse - **Location:** Hayward, CA, United States (Remote available) - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Temporary contract - **Skills:** Business Logic, Big Data, Information Engineering, Extract Transform Load (ETL), Document-Oriented Databases, Entity Relationship Models, Routing, Query Optimization, Power BI, SQL Databases, Freeform SQL, Snowflake, Build Management, Data Lakes, Data Lineage, Star Schema, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Azure Synapse Analytics - **Published:** July 19, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.dice.com/job-detail/521b58e3-b737-4c10-a196-30002f8d50e8 ## About the Role * 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) data model, including core finance, supply chain, and/or procurement entities. * Deep, expert-level knowledge of financial domain concepts (general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, cost accounting, financial reporting) and manufacturing domain concepts (production orders, BOM/routing, inventory, costing). * 5+ years of SQL experience, including CTEs, analytical/window functions, and query optimization across large datasets. * Experience designing dimensional models (star schema, fact/dimension design) for financial and manufacturing BI reporting, including building table-level ERDs and source-to-target documentation. * Hands-on experience with both Snowflake and Azure Synapse. * Business analyst experience supporting a D365FO (or D365 F&SCM) implementation - requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, and translating business needs into technical specifications. * Working knowledge of Power BI, plus excellent communication and collaboration skills across distributed, cross-functional teams.
