CourtAlert is seeking a highly motivated Support Engineer to join our growing technology team. This is a hands-on, client-facing technical role supporting large law firms across the country. You will investigate application and data issues and serve as a trusted technical partner to client stakeholders. This role bridges customer support and the development team and is ideal for someone who enjoys technical troubleshooting while working directly with professionals. This is not a scripted call-center support position. It requires independent investigation and ownership of issues through resolution.
