 * Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
 * Proficiency with Python or Go
 * Strong understanding of networking, security, IAM, and cloud architecture
 * Experience with monitoring and observability platforms
 * Experience supporting highly available production systems

 * Healthcare, regulated industry, or compliance-focused environment experience
 * GitOps experience utilizing ArgoCD
 * Experience with Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus
