 * 5 to 7+ years of technical experience across enterprise systems, infrastructure, or information security, required.
 * Experience leading Agile delivery and/or ITIL-based service management, required.
 * Deep experience implementing or operating enterprise applications such as HCM, ERP, and/or CRM, strongly preferred.
 * Demonstrated success building and developing technical managers within a high growth, highly complex environment, required.
 * Relevant technical certifications desirable.
 * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business strongly preferred. Advanced degree preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.

 * Builds and develops the manager bench, growing technical managers into people leaders who develop domain owners in areas the manager does not personally master, so the organization is not dependent on any single individual.
 * Owns delivery performance, reliability, and service discipline that keeps enterprise systems available and supportable across Systems Teams, IT Engineering, and IT Operations.
 * Sets architecture, design, and engineering standards for corporate enterprise systems, balancing efficiency, risk, and long-term capability.
 * Provides technical architecture and delivery guidance for enterprise system implementations.
 * Partners with the Business Transformation and Standards organization to deliver against governed priorities and acts as the escalation point for complex cross functional technical issues.
