This is a hands-on role spanning user research, UX/UI design, accessibility, and content. You will help people find, access, and plan for long-term care, with a strong focus on inclusion for older adults, caregivers, and users with limited English proficiency. This position would be for an initial term aligned to a multi-year government engagement, with the possibility of extension.
