## About the Role

* 7+ years of experience in custom residential construction
 * At least 5 years of Project Management experience
 * Experience managing luxury custom homes preferred
 * Strong budgeting, scheduling, and financial management skills
 * Proficiency with Procore and construction management software (Procore certification is a plus)
 * Experience using Microsoft Project
 * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
 * Working knowledge of Florida residential construction, permitting, and building codes
 * Valid Florida driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Sarasota area

## Description

As Project Manager, you'll oversee luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through final completion., * Manage multiple custom home projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards

 * Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, architects, designers, and consultants
 * Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners throughout construction
 * Monitor project budgets, contracts, change orders, forecasting, and milestone billing
 * Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
 * Partner with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project goals
 * Conduct regular site visits to verify workmanship, safety, and project progress
 * Oversee project documentation, RFIs, submittals, inspections, and closeout activities
 * Identify project risks early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward, * Deliver custom homes on schedule, within budget, and to Nautilus Homes' quality standards
 * Build trusted relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, and trade partners
 * Anticipate project challenges and resolve them proactively
 * Maintain organized project documentation and financial accuracy
 * Contribute to the exceptional client experience that has become synonymous with the Nautilus Homes brand
