## About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and providing great customer service? Interested in technology and looking to build a career with a growing telecommunications company? Amplex is seeking a motivated Technical Support Representative to join our team!

In this role, you'll help customers troubleshoot internet, phone, and technology-related issues while developing valuable technical skills and gaining experience in the telecommunications industry. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.  * Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role is preferred.
 * Knowledge of computer management and desktop support.
 * Familiarity with computers, networks, and streaming services.
 * Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
 * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
 * Experience using ticketing systems is a plus.

Must be able to complete pre-employment requirements that include a drug test. We are a dog friendly work environment!

## Description

* Serve as the first point of contact for customers and employees needing technical support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
 * Troubleshoot and resolve internet, software, hardware, and service-related issues
 * Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices to help improve internal resources and knowledge sharing
 * Work closely with our Call Center and Network Operations Center (NOC) teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
 * Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing timely, professional, and effective support.
 * Assist Field Service Technicians with troubleshooting, service activations, ticket management, and other technical needs
 * Continue building your technical skills and telecommunications knowledge through hands-on experience and team collaboration
