Your day involves leading and being a part of cross-functional stand-with stakeholders, shared service owners, security and export compliance while collaborating with engineering leads to address technical challenges. You'll analyze fleet health metrics and compliance data to guide program decisions, present status updates to leadership, and coordinate with external partners like ServiceNow and Taninum. The role requires balancing immediate operational demands with long-term strategic planning, all within a regulated environment. About the team You will be part of the Leo Devices & Systems Infrastructure team who is responsible for the lifecycle of service environments for manufacturing and design functions along with ServiceNow at Leo. You will lead implementation programs for which the team has ownership in delivery of the outcome with programs ranging from deploying new software to transformation of existing services. In addition, we own ServiceNow for Leo for which you will lead implementation tracks along that service's roadmap.
