Skilled in the use of the Microsoft Office Professional Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio ## Description Summary: We are seeking a Sr Business Analyst with a technical background to support software development IT Projects at DBHDS using a mix of Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid Methodologies. This project will replace/modernize core functionality of the DBHDS Incident Management System. Requirements ? Perform all tasks related to business analysis, including problem/opportunity identification, elicitation of requirements, and management of stakeholders to meet business and project objectives. ? Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. ? Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team. ? Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted. ? Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary. ? Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements ? verbally or through written documentation ? to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood. ? Facilitate collaboration and knowledge transfer between stakeholders and the development team ? Work with other BSAs, Data Analysts, Business Architect, Development, and Data Governance teams to ensure the needs of these partners are incorporated into project requirements. ?
