This employee will partner directly with the SVP, Technology and IT leadership team to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve operational efficiency, reduce unnecessary fax traffic, and establish governance around telephony and electronic faxing within our healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in healthcare telecommunications, cloud telephony platforms, electronic fax solutions, EMR integrations, and telecommunications expense management.
