## About the Role

We are looking for an experienced EUS Engineer (Generation IM) to deliver high-touch, white-glove End User Services with a strong focus on trader workflow continuity, rapid incident resolution, and exceptional VIP support., * Trading Application Support (Trading platforms, market data tools, incident triage, latency & performance troubleshooting)

 * AV/VC Support (Microsoft Teams, multi-monitor setups, cameras, microphones, docking stations)
 * Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune, Autopilot, device compliance, policy & app deployment)
 * Azure / Microsoft Entra ID (Authentication, MFA, Conditional Access, device identity)
 * Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, profiles, indexing, add-ins, connectivity)
 * Windows 10/11 Administration (Drivers, profiles, performance tuning, BitLocker, printing)
 * Mobile Device Management (Apple Business Manager, DEP, iOS, MDM onboarding)

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

 * Experience supporting traders in front-office/high-pressure environments
 * White-glove / Concierge support for VIP executives and senior stakeholders
 * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
 * Local to San Francisco and available for Tuesday-Thursday onsite support
 * Strong customer-first mindset with exceptional communication skills

## Description

* Deliver desk-side and remote white-glove support with VIP prioritization
 * Resolve complex L2/L3 incidents across trading applications, Windows, Office 365, AV/VC, and Intune-managed devices
 * Troubleshoot Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, authentication, and endpoint issues
 * Support AV meeting rooms, conferencing systems, and multi-monitor workstations
 * Manage Intune device compliance, application deployment, and endpoint configuration
 * Support Azure Entra ID authentication, MFA, and Conditional Access troubleshooting
 * Provide Apple iOS and mobile device support through MDM platforms
 * Collaborate with infrastructure teams, application owners, and vendors while maintaining ticket ownership
 * Identify recurring issues and implement long-term service improvements
 * Maintain excellent communication, ticket documentation, and customer updates throughout the support lifecycle
