 * Strong C# / .NET OOP skills - currently building on .NET 10
 * 4+ years of SQL experience - comfortable querying and analyzing large datasets
 * Experience with Blazor WebAssembly or other SPA frameworks (Angular, React)
 * Comfortable using AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, or similar) as a regular part of your workflow
 * Git
 * Good verbal communication skills
 * Works well in a small, fast-paced team
 * Highly motivated and self-sufficient, with strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

 * Familiarity with OpenAI APIs or similar AI/LLM integrations
 * Azure / cloud experience
 * DevExpress familiarity
