* Proven experience in technical support roles with a strong background in system installation
 * Familiarity with computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN architecture, VPNs, firewalls, and network security protocols.
 * Hands-on experience with hardware maintenance including computer hardware troubleshooting and repair.
 * Excellent communication skills to effectively assist users at all levels while providing clear technical guidance.
 * Ability to perform hardware support tasks efficiently while maintaining a customer service-oriented approach.
 * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to software or hardware swiftly.
 * Must not be afriad of hieghts and able to complete installation tasks on ladder or lift.
 * Must be able to operate a lift
 * Familiarity will drilling through walls and running wires
