## About the Role

* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
 * Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in the oil & gas, environmental, water treatment, or related industry.
 * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
 * Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
 * Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening and background check.

Physical Requirements

 * Ability to work in both office and field environments.
 * Frequent standing, walking, bending, and occasional climbing.
 * Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
 * Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
 * Occasional travel to field locations and customer sites may be required.

## Description

The Water Solutions Assistant Manager supports the daily operations of the Water Solutions Division by assisting with personnel management, dispatching, scheduling, customer support, equipment tracking, and regulatory compliance. This position works closely with the Division Manager to ensure efficient operations while maintaining TanMar's high standards for safety, customer service, and environmental compliance.

Major Duties

 * Assist in the daily management and coordination of Water Solutions operations.
 * Dispatch personnel and equipment to customer locations.
 * Assist with employee scheduling, time management, and on-call rotations.
 * Coordinate and communicate with customers regarding service requests and project updates.
 * Maintain accurate equipment, inventory, and asset records.
 * Assist with employee training, coaching, and performance management.
 * Work with field personnel to resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
 * Assist with planning preventative maintenance and equipment readiness.
 * Participate in after-hours support and emergency response as needed.
 * Perform other duties as assigned.
