This isn't a project where you'll be one of dozens of engineers lost in the shuffle. You'll be one of a small, high-impact team on the ground, working directly with GC and OFCI partners to make sure commissioning gets done right, on time, at scale. If you're the kind of person who solves problems instead of just flagging them, who takes ownership without being asked twice, and who's not afraid to speak up when something's off - this is built for you. What You'll Do * Own commissioning execution on-site at a large-scale, multi-building data center campus * Oversee and direct Commissioning Agents in the field - this is a hands-on, in-the-field role, not a desk job * Coordinate daily with General Contractor and OFCI (Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed) partners to keep equipment integration and system turnover on schedule * Be the person who catches issues before they become delays - extreme ownership is part of the job description, not a buzzword * Travel to support other active campuses when needed (up to ~40%, fully expensed) while based primarily at this site ## Related Videos - [Shipping Faster with Less: Render on Cloud Hosting, AI Workloads, and the Future of DevOps](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1894-shipping-faster-with-less-render-on-cloud-hosting-ai-workloads-and-the-future-of-devops) - [The Sustainability Race: AI's Promises, Pitfalls and Potential](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100155-the-sustainability-race-ai-s-promises-pitfalls-and-potential) - [AI Agents & Agentic AI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2017-ai-agents-agentic-ai) - [5 Years in Cloud Native: The Good, the Bad, and the Bill](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100111-5-years-in-cloud-native-the-good-the-bad-and-the-bill) - [Building the Nervous System of AI - Michael Kagan (NVIDIA)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2133-building-the-nervous-system-of-ai-michael-kagan-nvidia) - [Physical AI: The Era of Intelligent Machines](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/100141-physical-ai-the-era-of-intelligent-machines) ## Related Articles - [What Makes WeAreDevelopers World Congress Different From Every Other Tech Event?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/701-what-makes-wearedevelopers-world-congress-different-from-every-other-tech-event) - [Why Attend a Developer Event in 2026?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/688-why-attend-a-developer-event-in-2026) - [Best US AI Conferences for CTOs in 2026: Build vs. Buy, Vendor Evaluation, and Peer Intelligence](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/736-best-us-ai-conferences-for-ctos-in-2026-build-vs-buy-vendor-evaluation-and-peer-intelligence) - [Making Data Warehouses Fast: A Developer’s Story](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/107-making-data-warehouses-fast-a-developer-s-story) - [Fully Remote Software Engineer Jobs](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/447-fully-remote-software-engineer-jobs) - [Top Must-Visit Developer Conferences in the US in 2026](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/679-top-must-visit-developer-conferences-in-the-us-in-2026)
