Troubleshoot problems and advise on the appropriate action. + Primary contact for help desk issues. Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically + Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues + Research questions using available information resources + Advise user on appropriate action + Identify and respond to situations requiring urgent attention + Follow standard help desk procedures, logging all projects, tasks and assignments * Assist in maintenance and development of AID software. + Responsible for managing Essential Learning system. + Assist user issues with electronic client record + Assist in planning and implementation of IT projects + Provide support to end users of software * Create and test images for PC's.
