This role leads complex BI development, SAP BusinessObjects support, DB2 data warehouse reporting, semantic modeling, dashboard architecture, report modernization, and BI best practices. The role mentors' BI developers and partners with business stakeholders to ensure reporting solutions are accurate, performant, secure, well documented, and built for reuse across the enterprise. Technical Leadership: * Lead design and development of complex BI dashboards, reports, universes, datasets, semantic models, and analytical products. * Establish and enforce BI standards for modeling, naming, calculations, visualization, documentation, testing, and deployment. * Review BI solutions for accuracy, performance, maintainability, security, and alignment with enterprise standards. * Troubleshoot complex SAP BusinessObjects, DB2, SQL, data validation, performance, and user adoption issues. Business Partnership: * Work directly with stakeholders to clarify requirements, define metrics, confirm calculations, and validate BI solutions. * Translate reporting needs into technical designs, data requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery tasks. * Identify duplicate, outdated, unsupported, or inconsistent reporting assets and recommend improvements.
