This role is responsible for keeping assigned applications stable, secure, documented, and aligned with business needs. The engineer will provide Level 2 application support, troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams, support changes and upgrades, and help improve application reliability over time. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working across teams, and taking ownership of important business systems.
