Access/MS Excel. Analyze and format data to produce attractive, informative, and readable reports and presentations. Use Oracle systems; Oracle HCM experience or equivalent systems background (Core HR, Talent, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation). Use knowledge of data analysis and reporting, including using HRIS applications' built-in reporting and analytic functionality. Use database design and database management tools. Option to telecommute. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Human Resources and 2 years of experience required in the job offered or similar occupation. Salary: $95,000/yr. solutions such as BI Publisher and OTBI. Maintain dashboards and training for the Human Resources department. Identify, evaluate and resolve day-to-day support issues for Oracle HCM and integrated vendors. Maintain operational effectiveness and prioritize process and system improvement initiatives. Ensure the integrity of internal database files, tables, and reports. Execute and test system configurations. Internal system acceptance testing. Ensure delivery of well-tested system enhancements to solve identified business needs. Apply working knowledge of application components in conjunction with query tools to solve identified business needs. Coordinate, analyze, and schedule system change requests. Identify opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes and partner with teams across Human Resources, Finance, and Legal on the implementation of solutions. Design and develop reports/presentations using a variety of applications and data sources, such as PowerPoint, MS
