Experience with largescale enterprise Salesforce implementations and digital transformation programs
Knowledge of DevOps processes and tools including Git Copado Gearset and Azure DevOps

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce Technical Architect to lead the architecture design and implementation of AIpowered Salesforce solutions leveraging Agentforce Data Cloud Einstein AI and Salesforce Platform capabilities The ideal candidate will define scalable architecture establish technical standards and drive the successful delivery of enterprisegrade Agentforce implementations across multiple Salesforce clouds and integrated ecosystems, Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Agentforce implementations
Define Agentforce architecture including agents topics actions prompts instructions guardrails and AI governance frameworks
Design scalable and secure solutions across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud Data Cloud and Agentforce
Architect integrations between Salesforce external applications AI services APIs and enterprise systems
Establish best practices for prompt engineering agent orchestration grounding observability and AI response validation
Provide technical leadership to developers tech leads and project teams throughout the delivery lifecycle
Conduct architecture reviews code reviews and technical design assessments
Ensure adherence to Salesforce security data privacy compliance scalability and performance standards
Collaborate with business stakeholders product owners and enterprise architects to align technical solutions with business objectives
