The ideal team player will enjoy problem solving, communicate effectively, and have some prior IT experience.

Job Details:

 * Configure workstations and system hardware and software
 * Provide technical assistance and support to end users
 * Maintain an accurate inventory of IT systems and devices
 * Configure and manage Windows operating systems
 * Assist in patching and remediation
 * Maintain knowledge of all network systems and applications
 * Upgrade systems by implementing and maintaining security controls
 * Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and security protocols
