API, Data & Integration Testing: * Perform API and service validation using tools such as Postman or REST clients. * Validate backend data using SQL queries and ensure data integrity across systems. * Develop and manage test data strategies for complex retail scenarios (inventory, pricing, promotions). Defect Management & Reporting: * Identify, log, and manage defects using tools like JIRA/TestRail. * Perform root cause analysis, retesting, and ensure defect closure. * Provide test execution reports, quality metrics, and risk assessments to stakeholders. Collaboration & Leadership: * Collaborate with product, development, and business teams to define test strategies. * Work effectively with globally distributed teams and external vendors/partners. * Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QE best practices across teams.
