## About the Role

* You have a minimum of two (2) years' professional experience in Information Technology or a related technical support role; internship experience may also be considered.
 * If you have four (4) or more years of work experience in IT/technical support roles with excellent problem-solving abilities in hardware and software troubleshooting, coding projects and technical activities, that is a plus.
 * You have completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a similar and related field.
 * You are able to demonstrate a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications and their integration within enterprise environments.
 * You have at least two (2) of the following industry certifications, or equivalent certifications demonstrating comparable technical knowledge: CompTIA A+; CompTIA Network+; CompTIA Security+; Microsoft Certified: AZ-104 and or AZ-500.
 * You have the ability to demonstrate strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users while providing exceptional customer service.
 * You can analyze and diagnose complex technical problems quickly and accurately within diverse IT infrastructures.

## Description

The IT Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the organization's technology environment through user support, endpoint management, Microsoft 365 administration, and operational process execution. This role works closely with the IT Operations Lead to ensure efficient service delivery, maintain technology standards, support onboarding and device deployments, and contribute to documentation and continuous process improvement. The ideal candidate is a motivated IT professional with strong technical troubleshooting skills, excellent customer service, and a desire to grow within a fast paced enterprise IT environment., * User onboarding
