Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Document Control processes. * Experience preparing executive-level quality metrics and management review presentations. * Ability to manage deliverables from multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Quality Systems Management Review Specialist to support our Global Quality organization on a 6-month contract. This part-time role is responsible for supporting Quarterly Executive Management Reviews by compiling quality data, developing executive-level presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional global teams. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Veeva QMS, Quality Management Systems, and executive reporting within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry., * Compile and analyze quality data to support Quarterly Executive Management Reviews. * Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations with input from global business stakeholders. * Collaborate with cross-functional global Quality teams to complete deliverables on schedule. * Review Quality System reports and dashboards within Veeva QMS. * Provide support for Quality Management System processes, including: * Deviations * CAPA * Change Control * Document Control * Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of quality documentation and reports., * * Are you a US Citizen or GCH?
