## Description

Penmac Staffing, Conway, AR, is hiring Paint Line Operators for a manufacturing facility in Heber Springs, Arkansas. This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking hands-on work in a manufacturing environment. The Paint Line Operator is responsible for loading and unloading parts, preparing products for the paint process, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout production., * Ensure all processes and finished products meet quality standards

 * Pack finished parts, including wrapping and layering parts as required
 * Operate the E-coat system load control panel when assigned
 * Inspect materials and parts for quality and accuracy
 * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
 * Follow all company safety policies and procedures
 * Perform additional duties as assigned
